Weekly Mowing

Choose your mowable lawn size. Your rate locks when you reserve.

Your mowable lawnFounding TenReserve by Feb 28After Feb 28
Up to ¼ acre$40$48$55
¼–½ acre$50$60$67
½–¾ acre$65$80$87
¾–1 acre$80$100$107

Over 1 acre

1½ acres — $110 founding · $130 by Feb 28 · $135 after

2 acres — $135 founding · $155 by Feb 28 · $165 after

Your ¾–1 acre rate plus a prorated charge for each additional mowable acre, adjusted for slope and access. The calculator prices your exact acreage.

Pay for the season up front and take 10% off by Feb 28, 5% after. On a ¼–½ acre lawn reserved by Feb 28 that is $1,458 for the season, or $54 a visit.

The Founding Ten rate goes to the first ten weekly routes and holds for the season. There is no February 28 deadline on it.

Billed monthly for completed visits. Growth, weather, ground conditions and safety decide when mowing is appropriate.

One-Time Mowing

Find your lawn size, then the description that matches it right now. That is the price.

2 acres — $195 kept up · $210 moderate · $225 heavy

Same prorated charge per additional mowable acre. Enter your address for the exact number.

No estimate visit and no adjustment afterward. Heavily overgrown means the lawn has gotten ahead of you but is still safe to mow — if it is not, we say so before scheduling rather than after.

One-time visits fit around weekly routes, so peak-season availability can be limited.

Seasonal Care

Spring Refresh — Lake Effect Cleanup and Fall Cleanup — Lake Effect Prep. Same table for both visits. Book one or both.

Your propertyLight debrisModerateHeavy
Up to ¼ acre$130$185$305
¼–½ acre$215$330$565
½–¾ acre$305$480$825
¾–1 acre$390$625$1,085

Over 1 acre

1½ acres — $565 light · $915 moderate · $1,610 heavy

2 acres — $740 light · $1,205 moderate · $2,135 heavy

The calculator reads your debris level from the tree canopy over your lawn, so you are not guessing which column you are in.

Spring clears winter debris, matted leaves and sticks, then cleans up lawn and bed edges. Fall clears leaves from lawns, beds and walkways, then gets the property ready for snow — a final low cut, snow stakes, and burlap for shrubs that need it.

Debris level is what moves the price: light is an open lawn with few trees, heavy is a wooded lot after a hard fall.

Ranges, not estimates. Every one of these becomes an exact number once we measure your property.

ServiceTypical rangeWhat moves it
Mulch & Bed Refresh$350 – $1,160Bed square footage, mulch depth, and whether the old mulch comes out first.
Bed Maintenance$100 – $675Bed square footage and how overgrown it is. Slope raises it — beds on a bank run at half rate.
Bed Edging$20 or $100Flat. The lower price is when it rides along with a mow visit; the higher is its own trip.
Shrub Pruning$100 – $290How many shrubs, how overgrown they are, and whether any need a ladder.
Cutback of Dead Growth$100 – $240Bed square footage.
New PlantingsFrom your plant listThe plants themselves. We install to a plan — we do not design one. Have a Plant By Number plan? We install those.

Materials, labor and tax are all included in the price you are quoted — nothing is added afterward.

The range is the honest span across the jobs we actually do. Enter your address below and each of these resolves to one number for your property.
