Start with Pricing so the property and service can be priced first. The final request step only asks for the scheduling details we still need, then opens a text to Ridge Trail. A weekly route spot or one-time date is not reserved until we confirm it.

We measure your mowable lawn from an aerial photo, then read the price for that size off the rate table — the same table we publish on the price list, so you can check the math before you ever call us. Public records and public imagery, all of it free for you to look at yourself. Your lot lines come from the New York State tax parcel map, the lawn and bed areas are read from New York State aerial photography, and the ground slope is measured from United States Geological Survey elevation data.
It is a measurement, not a site visit. If we read your lawn larger or smaller than it really is, adjust it on the pricing page and the price moves with it.
No. Weekly mowing is built around a consistent route day from April through October. If you do not need weekly service, one-time mowing is available separately when route space allows.
Rain, saturated ground, or unsafe conditions can shift the regular service day. We’ll give you a heads-up rather than damage the lawn or rush unsafe work.
Full-Season Prepay covers the April–October weekly mowing season at the locked seasonal price. It is not a promise of a specific number of cuts. Growth, weather, ground conditions, and safety determine when mowing is appropriate. Standard customers reserving by February 28 receive the larger prepay discount; the Founding First 10 rate is already the deepest rate and does not stack another percentage discount. The full rate table, including prepay totals, is on the price list.
Standard mowing uses grasscycling when lawn conditions allow. Collection, bagging, or haul-away is extra work and is not included in the base mowing price. If you want clippings collected, that option is priced before you book — it is part of your quoted price, never added afterward.
We need a safe, legal place for the truck and trailer near the property and a clear path to the work area. Tell us about narrow gates, pets, locks, steep areas, or parking limits when you request service.
Weekly mowing includes the cut, ordinary trimming around accessible edges and obstacles, maintenance of defined edges, and blowing adjoining hard surfaces clean. Anything outside the normal mowing visit is discussed before it is added.
Yes. One-time mowing works well before a party, after a vacation, while your mower is down, or when the lawn gets away from you. One-time visits fit around weekly routes, so peak-season availability can be limited.

Yes. If you already have a Plant By Number garden design, we can handle bed prep, numbered layout, planting, edging, mulch, and cleanup. They design it. We install it.
