What it is
The first ten weekly mowing routes keep the Founding Ten rate for the whole 2027 season. It ends when the tenth route is confirmed, not on a date.
Ridge Trail is new. Ten routes close enough together to run in a day is what makes a weekly schedule work at all, and the rate below is what those first ten are worth to us. It is not a sale and it is not an introductory month. It is the rate for the season, and it stays that rate for as long as you are on the route.

The rate
Find your mowable lawn and read across. Both rates are published; neither is a discount off the other.

There is no deadline
It ends when the tenth route is confirmed, not on a date. We are not going to tell you the clock is running, because it is not.
A season, prepaid
The last column is the whole season paid up front: 27 budgeted visits at the founding rate, which is already the deepest rate and does not stack a prepay discount. The calculator budgets your own property’s season from its frost dates rather than this planning figure. If the season delivers fewer visits than budgeted, we refund the difference at the rate you paid.

How you get one
Type your address. If a founding route is still open, the price you see is the founding price.
We measure your mowable lawn from public aerial photography and your county parcel map before you talk to anyone, so the number on your screen is your number, not a range. Nothing is charged and nothing is committed at that point. You send the request, Ridge Trail will text you, and the route is confirmed from there.
